(2) Installation of the screw press: erect the screw press with the thin end upwards, install the retaining ring, install the screw press on the shaft in turn from No. 1, and then tighten it with a lock nut to prevent the oil residue from being pressed deeply. The screw hole affects the disassembly of the screw press. (The adjusting nut makes the two ends of the adjusting bolt have 8309 bearings. When installing, the large hole surfaces of the two bearings are against the two ends of the adjusting bolt. After the screw is installed as a whole, use two (M42×62) nuts to back tightly Pay attention to the gap between the two 8309 bearings at all times. Move the adjusting bolt by hand to feel flexible when it turns.
