1: The processing range is wide. Regardless of the biomass raw materials we can find, such as miscellaneous wood, pine wood, bamboo shavings, peanut hulls, rice husks, straws, etc., pellets can be made without any additives.

3: Ensure that the maximum length of the biomass raw material does not exceed the die hole diameter. For example, with a 6mm flat die, the feed length cannot exceed 6mm.
4: Ensure that the moisture of biomass raw materials is controlled between 10%-18%, and different raw materials require different moisture. For example, pine wood containing lignin or sugar-rich raw materials requires low moisture, otherwise, high moisture is required.

5: Compression ratio of flat die holes, different raw materials, due to different bulk density, the amount of lignin contained varies, so the need is different in the form of die holes to achieve better molding results. The flat die equipped with our small animal feed mill is processed according to the data obtained from a large number of experiments on different raw materials. The effect on general raw materials will be better, but if the chicken feed pellets made by the customer’s materials appear dusty and become when the new rate is low, we will adjust the flat die compression ratio according to the material.
