In the granulation process, the dried material enters the granulation process and can be processed directly without quenching and tempering. The automatic control system adjusts the frequency converter of the feeding motor according to the change of the host current, so as to adjust the feeding amount in real time, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of machine blockage. The die roll automatic gap adjustment device can collect die roll gap data, and control the hydraulic system through feedback and comparison, so that the gap is consistent with the set value, and can be changed at any time during the production process. Generally speaking, the grinding roller gap should be as small as possible during the starting phase, which can reduce the starting torque and reduce the motor load. After entering the steady state work, the grinding roller gap should be slightly larger, which can increase the compression stroke and obtain hard and smooth particles. The setting of the gap change with time can be input into the control system. After starting, the machine can automatically adjust the die roll gap. Pressure rollers and flat molds are easy to wear parts and need to be replaced regularly. The service life of pressure rollers can be slightly longer, but it is best to replace the flat molds together. Generally, flat molds can work for 800-2000 hours, depending on the material and processing technology of the parts.
