Physical methods such as sedimentation, filtration and centrifugal separation of DU are used to remove the insoluble impurity BAI.
2. Degumming refers to the degumming of dao phospholipids, slime substance, resin, protein, carbohydrate and trace metal in the hair oil zhi. Generally, degumming is adopted by hydration, acid refining or enzyme method.
3. Remove FFA, acidic pigment, sulfide, oil insoluble impurities and trace metals from oil by caustic soda or alkali neutralization.
4. Wash the soap feet and water-soluble impurities remaining in alkali refining.
5. Drying by heating, vacuum drying, remove the water in the refined oil.
6. Decolorization using activated clay, aluminum silicate, activated carbon and other adsorbents, remove various pigments, colloid, oxide in the oil.
7. Deodorization or physical refining: vacuum stripping principle is adopted to remove low-molecular-odor substances, FFA, monoglyceride, glyceride, sulfide and pigment thermal decomposition products in the oil.
8. Dewaxing or degreasing mainly adopts freezing, crystallization or winterization crystallization, and separation method to remove wax or solid fat in oil.
